There Was Never a Demo: The Game is a Memory
Heyo, so... uhh... confession time.
If you clicked the download button and heard only the sound of wind and disappointment: yeah. That was intentional. (kinda.)
"I’m Still Here: A Narrative" has been marked “released” for a while now...
But there’s no demo file. At all.
Why?
Because maybe the demo... was never meant to exist physically.
Maybe it only lives in your mind.
Maybe you were the red tree all along.
OR MAYBE I ACCIDENTALLY HIT “RELEASED” DURING A DEV PANIC AND FORGOT TO UPLOAD ANYTHING HAHAHA
What’s Actually Happening:
-
Yes, I was working on a demo.
-
No, it’s not publicly uploaded yet.
-
Yes, I paused ISH to work on a 1-month project (aka: the upcoming “Last Bloom: Reverine” dropping July 20)
-
And YES, I absolutely forgot to hide the status. My bad, chief.
What Now?
Once Last Bloom is out and sobbing players across the globe have been emotionally wrecked...
I’ll return to I’m Still Here with more energy, more devlogs, and an actual working demo button.
Until then:
If you managed to click “Download” and were met with the void,
congrats—you’ve experienced the emotional tone of the full game
Thanks for sticking around through my dev chaos.
